1. What is the minimum order?
There will be NO minimum order for self-collection. However, there will be a minimum order for "Decoration Services".

2. What is "Decoration Services"?
Decoration Services is a service provided by CreativeDécor by sending our in-house technician to your event place to do the decoration as per your order such as at Restaurant/Hotel/Residential/Office.

3. Do you provided delivery service?
YES. However, this service is subject to availability. You are required to call us and make your booking (3 days before the delivery).

4. Do I get charge for the delivery service?
YES. The rate is various depending on your location.

5. Do you provide COD service?
NO. However, you can come to our place to purchase directly.


6. How many balloons I can fit into a Saloon car (e.g. Proton Saga BLM)
As per our experience, you can fit at least 30 helium balloons.


7. How long can your helium balloon last?
We only use high quality latex balloon and usually it will last for at least 6 hours.


8. Do you sell helium tank?
NO, we do not sell helium tank.

9. Do you rent helium tank?
NO, this service is currently not available.
